We have an immediate opening for a Salon Manager to help develop our team and salon culture, and run the daily operations at our hair salon in Brevard County, FL. Are you professional and organized? You could be just the person we need around here.

The Salon Manager role will encompass several areas. This is not a front desk/receptionist role, although you may need to answer the phone occasionally. This role is about keeping the salon running smoothly, keeping the team of stylists motivated, and helping to build a magnetic work environment to attract the area's top talent.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the appointment calendar to identify quiet times and help maximize bookings
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, dealing with vendors
• Handling client concerns, addressing employee concerns
• Developing ideas to attract new client and maximize client retention
• Tracking employee performance against established goals
• Developing incentives to reward employees when goals and milestones are reached
• Social media communication

Requirements:

• Positive attitude
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram
• Basic office computer skills including email, preparing and attaching documents, spreadsheets
• Salon experience a plus but not required
