Securing Your Appointment
We hope you are counting the days until your appointment. We look forward to seeing you too! We can't stress enough the importance of arriving on time and, if something comes up, giving us plenty of notice should you need to cancel. All appointments must be secured by a credit or debit card. Your card will be securely stored in our system and nothing will be charged until the day of your appointment.
Benjamin Kyle Salon maintains a strict cancellation policy for all services. We hate to impose cancellation fees, but out of respect for our stylists, and other clients who are trying to book, we have to insist on a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows us the chance to rework the schedule and gives your stylist the opportunity to make up for the loss of income.
We ask that you give us an much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment. You may cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time by calling the salon directly (321-848-0604). Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
We do our best to remind you of your upcoming appointment, but it is your responsibility to remember your appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a “no show” fee of 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).
Our Service Guarantee
There are no refunds for any service provided. However, we make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Benjamin Kyle Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours of your service. We will schedule a corrective service within 14 days of your original appointment date.
Discounted services performed by our Associate Stylists in training are overseen by a Mentor Stylist who will do everything they can to ensure you leave happy. However, hair model services are not guaranteed. We will not provide refunds or complimentary adjustments with a more senior stylist. If you are not comfortable with these terms, we suggest you pass on the opportunity to be a hair model for our stylist training program.
Benjamin Kyle Salon greatly appreciates your cooperation in providing us with your contact information. It makes our job so much easier. Any personal information you provide to Benjamin Kyle Salon is used for salon purposes only. If you’ve provided us with your email address or phone number, we may use it to contact you regarding your appointment or to notify you of any upcoming salon activities or special offers. We do not make your phone number or email address available to anyone outside of the salon. If you do not wish to receive our marketing communications, you may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link on any email message. If you have any difficulties removing your name from our salon emails, please call the salon.
We accept credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All your payment information is kept confidential and secure.
Products purchased at the salon or by mail may be returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. Products must be unopened, unused and in like-new condition, accompanied by all original packaging. Refunds are given in the form of salon credit which may be applied to both products or services. There are no cash refunds.
We offer Benjamin Kyle Salon gift cards, valid towards the purchase of any of our available products and services. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
